A big heartfelt hello to our Murphy Gozzard community.
Firstly, we hope that you are all OK during these challenging times and looking after yourselves and your loved ones. It certainly has given us the opportunity to focus on what’s important, but we can’t tell you how much we have been missing seeing your smiling faces and enjoying a hug and chat.
Whilst the Federal Government continued to allow hairdressing salons to open we made the decision to close the salon to reflect the importance of the situation and for the safety of both staff and clients, we are now looking to the future and are able to announce Murphy Gozzard is reopening with appointments available upon request.
Fortunately, as the curve continues to flatten, and Covid-19 cases continue to stabilise, we are now confident to let you know that we are once again seeing clients as part of our soft opening approach. Safety and hygiene are still of the utmost importance and our team are continuing to take unprecedented measures to ensure the wellbeing of our beloved community.
At this stage we are committed to having a MAXIMUM OF THREE CLIENTS IN THE SALON AT ANY ONE TIME WITH ONLY THREE HAIRDRESSERS ON THE FLOOR.
We are also leaving 30 MINUTES IN BETWEEN EACH CLIENT TO THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND STERILISE THE SALON AND EQUIPMENT.
During this time, you will be able to access both the Bretts, Elena, Christina, Clare and Tamara with each available on various days and times during the day. Unfortunately, no late nights at this stage.
We are working very hard at the moment to contact everyone and to make sure we look after those with cancelled bookings as well as those with existing bookings as a priority.
Also, we would like to assure you that to ensure we are looking after our loyal clients, like yourself, first and foremost, we will not be taking on any new clients at this time.
The best way to ensure we are able to look after you is to provide us with an expression of interest to book an appointment via email on community@murphygozzard.com.au. This way our incredible team can continue to work behind the scenes to ensure the fairest outcome for all.
These circumstances are obviously changing every day and we will continue to keep you updated on any updates as they occur. We take our responsibility as service providers incredibly seriously and your health and safety remain our number one priority. We are excited to once again welcome you into our space, albeit it under somewhat more socially distanced circumstances!
