Not just a thing, but an everyday essential. “Just let me pop the phone down while I go check” and accidently dialing fax numbers were a regular inconvenience! Well we have come a hell of a long way since then thanks to all of today’s digital and tech innovations. While here at the best salon Sydney, Murphy Gozzard, we place an emphasis on tradition and heritage as artisans of our trade, we do also love what new tech has enabled us to achieve. Reaching you all across social media, feeling connected throughout the past year when we have never been physically further apart has been such a blessing.
We wanted to make sure you were aware that we are able to make online bookings via our website and give you a few pointers on how to make the best use of this service to lock in your next best cut, best colour or best style.
First up you can try the Murphy Gozzard Online Booking here.
Then you get to choose the appointment that you want.
First up you will select a “Category” like your fresh cut or a pampering treatment or an updated balayage.
Then you will select a “Service”. This will be more specific to you and your hair needs and may ask you for your hair length as well as the experience level of your Murphy Gozzard hair artisan.
Then you will select your “Employee”. You will have the choice of our team who all specialise in your appointment type so rest assured you will be in excellent hands. If you don’t mind who looks after you and time is of the essence simply choose the options of ‘Any’, or ‘Male’ or ‘Female’ if you have a personal preference and leave it up to us.
You will then have the option to organise a time. As we aren’t on the other end of the line to check for you, the system will ask you from which date you are available as well as your preferred times. Next, a selection of suitable times for that service will be offered and you can choose the one you would like.
At this point you will need to create an Online Booking Account, in the same way that we would take down your details in the salon as a new client so we can contact you if need be. Once you have an Online Booking Account the process becomes even easier as you will be able to access past bookings to double check which services you have enjoyed and which team members have taken care of you.
For our long term clients this is a quick and easy way to pop an appointment in the diary when it pops into your head at work or on the run. Although we must say we do love when you call and we get to have a quick hello as well!
If you are a new client you are also welcome to use the booking system however please also feel free to call us at any time to discuss what you are looking for. Without seeing your hair and chatting to you about your lifestyle it can be tricky to confirm the best appointment for you so we are always here for you to talk to. You will also always receive a full consultation at your appointment so we can finalise exactly how we can make you look and feel fabulous!
