In these uncertain times, community is more important than ever. Here at Murphy Gozzard we have all been saddened to see some of our most vulnerable placed in a scary situation and we urge everyone to keep thinking of those less fortunate. If our communities band together now, we will see ourselves through this. So keep an eye out for those among you who may need a little extra help, a little extra kindness or just a friendly smile.
In the meantime, we continue to place both our client’s and our team’s health and safety as our utmost priority with regards to COVID-19. We are enforcing some new measures to ensure that we remain able to provide you with the best hairdressing services Paddington during this time.
· All guests with be given hand sanitiser on arrival.
· Each station will be thoroughly disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant after each guest leaves.
· Every guest will be given a freshly washed gown and all towels used are biodegradable single use towels.
· Our team members are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser before and after every guest.
· We have removed all magazines from the salon so we ask that you use your personal devices whilst in the salon and access our complimentary WiFi and charges, or bring your own reading material.
· If you are running low on your home haircare and can’t get to the salon we offer complimentary delivery in the Sydney metro area for all regular guests of our salon. Please call us to arrange purchase and delivery of our Oribe, La Biosthetique and Kevin Murphy products.
· We are limiting the number of guests that we will have in our salon at any one time so that social distancing guidelines between guests can be observed.
· We will be waiving our normal cancellation fees and ask that if you are feelibg unwell or have arrived home from OS in the last 14 days please call and we will reschedule your appointment.
· Parents we ask where possible to please not bring your children with you at this time. Babies are of course the exception. Children who are unwell or attend any school which has been closed will not be permitted.
· Any MG team member who is feeling unwell will be asked to stay at home, so please be patient and understanding if we need to reschedule your appointment.
